20 Seconds Magazine is a biannual print magazine for experimental music and art. For its sixth issue, 20 Seconds collaborated with PARA – the non-entity organisation for sound. Shifting this specific organism for its sixth issue, PARA present a dynamic approach toward publishing as a passage of transgressions. With “Non-Present Tense”, the collaboration offers a detachment from linearity and progress, declaring this issue a vast disruption.
